SERMINSA manufactures all type of mining cars: Type U-35, V-40, Gramby with capacities from 60f3 to 180f3, Kiruna type and other models of special design. SERMINSA mine cars are of robust manufacture, respecting the quality specifications in welding as well as quality and thickness of steel. Likewise, we manufacture on client’s request with special steel such as abrasion-resistant steel, which obtains longer life compared to the standard.

GRAMBY 60 to 180 f3
The traditional Gramby type mine cars type are widely used in subterranean mining operations where high volumes of extraction at low cost are required. These robust cars are available in capacities from 60 cubic feet until 180 cubic feet.

OTHERS

CONTINUOUS CYCLE WAGON (SHUTTLECAR)
The continuous cycle wagons (Shuttlecar) are mainly used in the excavation of long distance and narrow dimension tunnels, where its electrical drive permits continuous transfer of material from wagon to wagon allowing the extraction of big volumes in short time. Serminsa manufactures these wagons in capacities of 11 and 14 m3 (22,000 kgs.) with electrical drive and remote control.
PERSONNEL TRANSPORTATION WAGON
Used for the transportation of personnel in mines as well as construction of tunnels. The capacity and other wagon specifications are determined according to the client’s needs.
PLATFORMS
We manufacture all type of platforms for the transportation of materials. We can also manufacture conversion systems for equipment on tyres to be able to be transported and operated also in rails.
MIXERS
Used mainly in the construction of tunnels, these robust 4m3 concrete mixers allow a fast transfer of concrete to the interior of the works. Its pneumatic or electrical drive allows a fast operation in the interior of the tunnel.
